Savasana for Survivors is a donation-based small group yoga therapy program that meets once per month.
In studies yoga therapy has been shown to effectively reduce the symptoms of PTSD and trauma responses.
In these sessions we will go through gentle yogic practices, guided meditations and breathing practices that are all designed to help survivors of trauma re-connect to their mind, body and spirit and feel a sense of well-being more often.
